We collect your information only with your consent; we collect the minimum amount of personal information that is required to fulfil the purpose of your interaction with us, and we don’t sell it to third parties and we only use it as this Privacy Policy describes. More information about how we handle personal data is provided below.

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We collect information about you only when you communicate with us. We do not collect information, such as usage statistics, by using cookies, server logs, and similar technologies.

We collect information that you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information that you provide when you fill out our contact form, communicate with us via email or provide payment details. The types of information that we may collect include your name, email address and any other information that you choose to provide.

We may use information about you for various purposes related to improving our understanding about the nature of XR audiences, businesses and the immersive sector as a whole, including to:

  • Monitor and analyse trends in the work of marketing for XR

 

We may use information about you for various purposes related to communicating with you, including to:

 

  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests

  • Communicate with you, in line with your account settings, about services and opportunities offered by us

 

DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

We do not share information about you in any way other than as described in this Privacy Policy. We never disclose information about you to any external individuals or organisations, unless they are part of the Immersive Promotion Design team specified on our 'People' page.

DATA SECURITY

 

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will provide notice to you by publishing the most current version and revising the date at the bottom of this document. If we make any material change to this policy, we will provide additional notice to you, such as by sending you an email or displaying a notice on our website.

  • The right to be informed – that’s an obligation on us to inform you how we use your personal data (and that’s what we’re doing that in this privacy policy);

  • The right of access – that’s a right to make what’s known as a ‘data subject access request’ for copy of the personal data we hold about you;

  • The right to rectification – that’s a right to make us correct personal data about you that may be incomplete or inaccurate;

  • The right to erasure – that’s also known as the ‘right to be forgotten’ where in certain circumstances you can ask us to delete the personal data we have about you (unless there’s an overriding legal reason we need to keep it);

  • The right to restrict processing – that’s a right for you in certain circumstances to ask us to suspend processing personal data;

  • The right to data portability – that’s a right for you to ask us for a copy of your personal data in a common format (for example, a .csv file);

  • The right to object – that’s a right for you to object to us processing your personal data (for example, if you object to us processing your data for direct marketing); and

  • Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling – that’s a right you have for us to be transparent about any profiling we do, or any automated decision making.
